The beautiful rear courtyard offers a tranquil spot for garden-style parties for outside events with a rented tent and tables/chairs. The Inn is the perfect place to hold professional Seminars, Workshops, Quilting Retreats and Photo shoots!
Chef Deb Arche will create a customized menu for your special event. We are happy to provide all of the planning and refreshment for your special event. Breakfasts/Luncheon/Dinner Meetings and Gatherings
We can accommodate up to 40 people for these types of meetings, and have a 15 person minimum. Catering fee is based on the number of people being served and the desired menu that would be selected. Any equipment rental requirements (tent, tables, chairs) are additional, and the responsibility of the host.
We can provide a variety of methods to accommodate such functions. The house can be rented on the wedding day as a place to hold a “bride’s dressing party”.The catering fee is determined by the menu selections that could include Hors D’oeuvres or full meals, depending on your preference.
Weddings/Special Celebrations/Engagement Parties
Maximum capacity is 75 inside and 125 with a tent. The base fee is $700 for a six hour function (1.5 hours set up, 3 hour event, 1.5 hours cleanup). The fee includes use of the first floor common areas (parlor, office, dining room, and living room, back yard). The additional catering fee is based on the number of people being served and the desired menu that would be selected. Any equipment rental requirements (tent, tables, chairs) are additional, and the responsibility of the host.
For service or social clubs we can accommodate groups of 10 – 25. The fee is $7.00 per person and includes water, tea, and snack items. Use of one room on the first floor included.
For meetings of 15 – 25, room rentals are $35.00 per hour (2-hour minimum), $125 per half day, or $200 for a full day. The fee includes water, coffee and tea. Lunch can also be provided, and the catering fee is based on the number of people being served and the desired menu that would be selected. Any equipment rental requirements (tent, tables, chairs) are additional, and the responsibility of the host.
Family ♥ ♥ photo sessions may be booked year round, and are for two hours only, the fees are: $50 for a family of four, each extra person in the family is an additional $20. Changing rooms and restrooms will be made available. Children on the grounds must be supervised at all times. Parking is limited!
Engagement ♥ ♥ photography is limited to Ashford Inn wedding couples with a signed contract. The session may include the photographer(s) and the engaged couple only. Changing and restroom facilities are available.
Graduation ♥ ♥ photo sessions are limited to one student and the photographer(s). Additional students will require a second fee. Changing and restroom facilities are available. Fee is $50/per each 90 minute session, for each student.
Prom Sessions ♥ ♥ these sessions are subject to availability and are limited to the photographer and the couple–each couple will pay a fee of $25–if multiple sessions are to be done at the same time, a discounted rate will be available. Restroom facilities are limited and parking is limited! Sessions are limited to 15 minutes per couple and 1.5 hours for groups of up to 15 couples.
